Do about three circling as smoothly as possible. Lower your legs back to bed slowly by gradually releasing pressure on the abdomen. The leg cycling exercise is another quality abdomen exercise that can support you to get rid of the belly fats. It is just an alteration of the above mentioned toe circling exercise.

The initial posture is same that you must lie on your back on a smooth surface or abed or an exercising mat. Raise your legs off the ground surface and separate them by a small distance from each other. Perform cyclic movements in the air. Pretend as if you are pedaling your bicycle. Do the exercise as slowly as possible. Making about five to ten cycles at a stretch will do enough good to you. Maintain slowness and perfection in completing the exercises.

For both the exercises, you can support the body weight by pressing your arms against the floor. Do the exercises below within your comfortable limits. Prohibit rapid moves as they could severely damage your groin muscles. The breathing tempo should be same to that of the pace of the exercise. Inhale and exhale when stomach is expanded and compressed respectively. The belly fats can be destroyed by practicing these exercises regularly.
